王立峰,教授,博导,国家“万人计划”科技领军人才。

王立峰教授致力于粮油食品资源高值化利用技术研究,着重于小麦及全谷物食品加工特性、营养评价研究,探索杂粮中酚类化合物功能作用的评估及机理,利用食品组分中蛋白(肽)预防糖尿病、肥胖等代谢综合征。第一或通讯作者身份在Ultrasonics Sonochemistry,Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Food Hydrocolloids,Food & Function,Journal of Functional Foods等杂志发表SCI/EI论文50余篇,在《中国农业科学》、《中国食品学报》等CSCD核心期刊发表论文30余篇。授权国家发明专利20余件,公开国家发明专利40余件。参与起草国家粮油行业标准2项。

主要社会兼职为国家原粮及制品标准委员会委员,中国食品科学技术学会青年委员会副秘书长,中国粮油学会食品分会副会长,江苏省食品学会监事。同时担任科技部、教育部、农业部,国家自然科学基金等项目评审专家,《食品工业与科技》、《食品研究与开发》杂志编委,以及Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Food Hydrocolloids,Food Chemistry,Journal of Functional Food,Food & Function等杂志审稿专家。

王立峰教授系国家高层次人才特殊支持计划科技领军人才,科技部创新人才推进计划人。胙〗帐∠执┮担ㄐ÷螅┎导际跆逑蹈谖豢蒲Ъ,先后荣获上海市技术发明一等奖,江苏省科技进步二等奖,中国产学研合作创新奖(个人),中国食品科学技术学会杰出青年奖,全国优秀粮油科技工作者以及中国粮油学会科学技术奖一等奖,江苏省高校技术发明二等奖,南京市自然科学优秀论文二等奖。先后入选首批“全国粮食行业青年拔尖人才”(国家粮食和物资储备局),江苏省“333”工程中青年科学技术带头人(江苏省委组织部),江苏省“六大人才高峰计划”B 层次培养对象(江苏省人社厅),江苏省“双创博士”计划人。ń帐】萍继,江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师(江苏省教育厅),江苏省优秀硕士论文指导教师(江苏省教育厅)。
